Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (the date shown by the carrier) for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals attached, and in original packaging.
Non‑returnable items (except where defective): final‑sale items, gift cards, and personalized/altered items. For hygiene reasons, certain categories (e.g., intimates, swimwear) may be returnable only if hygiene seals are unbroken.
3. Start a Return
Email returns@sarahlavalle.com with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For your protection, use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
5. Inspection & Approval
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, we’ll process the refund to the original method of payment. If items are not in original condition, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Refund Timing
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Exchanges
For fastest service, place a new order for the replacement item and return the original for a refund. Where inventory allows, we can also process a direct exchange.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact support@sarahlavalle.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
9. Cancellations & Order Changes
We begin processing quickly; orders can sometimes be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Email support@sarahlavalle.com immediately—cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
10. Refund Exceptions
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when returning to us.
