Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Peak seasons or high demand may extend processing times; we will notify you of significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated transit times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier.
3. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scanning events.
4. Shipping Areas
- United States: We ship to most U.S. addresses (no P.O. boxes for certain carriers or items).
- International: Select countries may be available at checkout. Availability can change without notice.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. For changes after placing an order, contact support@sarahlavalle.com as soon as possible—changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
7. Delivery Issues
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, or building management and wait 24 hours. If still missing, contact us and the carrier. Stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not covered by standard shipping insurance.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report the issue to support@sarahlavalle.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s). We will assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund per our Refund Policy.
9. Split Shipments & Out‑of‑Stock Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
10. Holidays & Weather Events
Carrier delays can occur during holidays or severe weather events and are outside our control.
