SarahLaValle.com (the “Site”) is operated by Sarah LaValle LLC, doing business as “SarahLaValle.com” (collectively “Sarah LaValle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, our products, and any related services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive for accuracy but occasional errors may occur (e.g., pricing, stock, descriptions, colors). Colors may vary due to display settings and lighting. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders at any time (including after submission) if an inaccuracy or suspected fraud is identified. Prices are subject to change without notice; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt; shipment confirmation constitutes acceptance.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by third‑party payment providers (e.g., Paysafe) and other processors we may use from time to time. By submitting a payment, you authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping; Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, methods, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address you provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and procedures. Certain items may be final sale or otherwise non‑returnable for hygiene or other reasons.

8. Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotional codes are subject to stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Gift cards (if offered) are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

9. User Content (Reviews, Photos)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you represent that you own or have rights to that content and grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Virtual Try‑On & Visualizations

Any fit or style visualizations (including virtual try‑on previews) are for guidance only and may not perfectly represent real‑world fit, color, or drape. Always consult actual product details and size charts.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: violating laws; infringing IP rights; attempting to bypass security; using bots/scrapers without permission; or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

13. Third‑Party Links

We may link to third‑party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarah LaValle LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

17. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Newport News, Virginia, USA.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
